Returns on Originals & Commissions

All sales of originals, commissioned artworks and art prints are final. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or made-to-order, created with care, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these works.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged during transit, please contact us infinitytooshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the situation and provide next steps to coordinate a resolution and arrange for a replacement.
