Shipping — Canada & U.S.

We offer complimentary tracked shipping on Original Art orders within Canada and the United States larger than 12" x 12" and below 48" x 48" along with a flat fee shipping option at checkout for Original Art petite and Art Prints.

Each artwork is created with intention in our Canadian studio and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 business days, with delivery times between 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Timing varies for custom commissions.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you require expedited delivery or have specific shipping needs, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Duties for U.S. Collectors
In most cases, U.S. customers will not incur duties or customs fees on original artwork.

If any duties or import fees are assessed by U.S. Customs, they are the responsibility of the customer. Orders rejected upon delivery due to customs fees will not be refunded.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international delivery upon request.

If you're located outside of Canada or the U.S., please contact us prior to placing your order so we can provide a personalized shipping quote and confirm availability to your destination. Any international shipping rates shown at checkout are placeholder values only and do not reflect actual costs.

We will never proceed with international fulfillment without confirming shipping arrangements directly with you.

Please note:

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

These charges are in addition to your order total and are determined by your local government to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Orders rejected upon delivery due to customs fees will not be refunded.

International shipping times may vary and can occasionally be unpredictable or lengthy.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at infinitytooshop@gmail.com within 24 hours.

We will work closely with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction. To arrange a replacement of artwork, we will coordinate accordingly.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or reshipments for potentially lost packages until the carrier’s required waiting period has passed and a formal claim can be submitted.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via the email provided at checkout.
